  • Cello players will be responsible for the cost of renting a cello for the week. (Exact cost will depend on the number of cellists, but is expected to be approximately $200.)

Deposit

This purchase is the room reservation and retreat registration deposit of $550 each for two people.

If you are a single individual and would like to book both spaces in this room for yourself alone, enter "No Roommate" under "Partner/Roommate's Name". You will be charged the full two-person retreat tuition associated with this room.
 

Tuition

Super Early Bird rate (Feb 14-17): $3,900 per person ($7,800 total)
Early Bird rate (Feb 18-April 1): $4,400 per person ($8,800 total) 
Regular rate: $4,900 per person ($9,800 total)

Full tuition payment is due by June 20, 2025.
 

Room Details

This room has lots of character, tucked up in the top of the castle. Views south over gardens and tennis court.

Bed: Queen bed
Bathroom: Bathroom in hall, with a stall shower, shared with Hawthorn Room.
Room Size: approx. 190 sq. ft.
Capacity: Two people. Booking this room registers two people for the retreat.

Due to local conditions and facilities, this trip will require the ability to walk up at least one flight of stairs and to walk one mile.

Make sure your passport is current, and valid for at least six months past the trip date. Passport applications and renewals are currently taking 6-8 weeks, but that time will increase as we approach the spring and summer travel season.

Travel Insurance
Things can change that are out of our control. It is advisable to purchase trip cancellation insurance and coverage for healthcare or emergency repatriation.
