  • Due to local conditions and facilities, this trip will require the ability to walk up at least one flight of stairs and to walk one mile.
  • Paying an initial non-refundable deposit of $550 per person will lock in your tuition rate and hold your space for the trip.
  • Remaining balance is due by May 15, 2026.
  • Deposit is nonrefundable.
  • Any refunds of the balance of your tuition are contingent on resold or cancellable elements of the trip.
  • Behavior that is disruptive or harmful to people or property may result in your needing to leave the retreat early and at your own cost.
  • Cello players will be responsible for the cost of renting a cello for the week. (Exact cost will depend on the number of cellists, but is expected to be approximately $200.)

Deposit

Making the deposit of $1,100 ($550 per person) will reserve spaces on the retreat for two people and is the first payment towards the full joint tuition cost.
 

Tuition

Regular rate: $11,100 ($5,550 per person)
Early Bird rate (Jan 8-Feb 28): $9,900.
Super Early Bird rate (Jan 1-15): $9,100 ($4,550 per person).

Full tuition payment is due by May 15, 2026.

  • Two twin extra-long beds
  • Wooden wardrobe and small desk
  • Sink and mirror in the bedroom
  • Bathrooms (toilet, sink, shower) just down the hall, shared between our group

Due to local conditions and facilities, this trip will require the ability to walk up at least one flight of stairs and to walk one mile.

Make sure your passport is current, and valid for at least six months past the trip date. Passport applications and renewals are currently taking 6-8 weeks, but that time may increase.

Travel Insurance
Things can change that are out of our control. It is advisable to purchase trip cancellation insurance and coverage for healthcare or emergency repatriation.
